Dear team, I recharged ₹20,000 to my BDG Win account (UID: 7013022) with order number RC2025070122490725610543, UTR number is 687203357495, UPI ID is mrzinnahstore2001@sbi, and the payment was made via UPI 8003209857@ptyes on July 1, 2025, at 10:49 PM. However, the payment has still not been credited to my BDG Win account. Your team asked me to share a video of the payment transaction, and I have already provided both the video and a PDF of the transaction details. Still, no update has been made. Please credit the amount to my game ID 7013022 immediately. This delay is unacceptable, and I request an urgent resolution.
