BDG Game Did Not Credit My Deposits to My Account

I made a deposit on 13 March, but it still hasn’t arrived in my BDG account. One amount was ₹2000 and the other was ₹280, both deposited on 13 March, yet neither has been credited to my gaming account. The money went to a Private Limited account linked with BDG. Please sir, I’m requesting your help. Kindly transfer the money to my BDG gaming account as soon as possible.
