BDG Marked My Deposit as Failed , Claimed It Was Linked to Another ID

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent deposit that has not been credited to my BDG ID (5881***). I deposited ₹10,000 on March 18, 2025, to the receiver UPI ID SHIVKRUPA15***@iob. Despite multiple follow-ups and submitting all required proof documents, my account has not been credited. Instead, I received a response stating that the deposit receipt is linked to another BDG ID, which is not possible as I only use BDG ID 5881*** for transactions on your platform. Additionally, the status of my deposit now shows as "failed." This is extremely concerning, and I need immediate clarification on how this could happen. I request you to urgently investigate this matter and credit the amount to my BDG ID. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to stop any further investment in your platform.
