BDG Marked My Deposit as Failed , Claimed It Was Linked to Another ID
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent deposit that has not been credited to my BDG ID (58...81***). I deposited ₹10,000 on March 18, 2025, to the receiver UPI ID SHIVKRUPA15***@iob. Despite multiple follow-ups and submitting all required proof documents, my account has no
