BDG Payout Complaint Unresolved
On 8 December 2025 at around 12:52 pm, I tried to deposit 100 rupees on the Bdgwin website. The payment failed on the platform side, but the amount was debited from my account. I have the transaction details and a screenshot as proof of this payment. I contacted Bdgwin customer support, and they informed me that I would receive a refund within 30 minutes. Despite this clear assurance, no refund has been credited to my account. I request that my 100 rupees be refunded immediately to my original payment account without any further delay and that I be informed once the refund has been processed.
