Deposit Pending In BDG Game

I deposited 3000 INR into my BDG Game wallet on 23 March 2026, but even after 10 days the amount has still not been credited and remains pending. Because of this failed in‑game deposit, I have not been able to use the funds I sent to BDG Game. My BDG ID is 5275*** and the UTR number of the transaction is 707567171420. I have contacted BDG Game support many times regarding this issue. Each time, I only receive the same replies such as “system pending” and “processing, please be patient,” but no real solution has been provided and the money has still not appeared in my wallet. I kindly request that the 3000 INR be refunded back to my original payment method, i.e. my bank account, as soon as possible, and that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
