Deposit Missing After Successful FamPay UPI Payment
I am writing regarding an issue with BDG Game where my deposit has not been credited to my account. On 20/06/2026 at around 6:37 pm, I deposited an amount of 1500 rupees into my BDG Game account through FamPay UPI. Even after more than 12 hours, this amount has still not been added to my game balance. The money has been debited from my FamPay account and I have the screenshot of the transaction as proof. Despite this, my BDG Game wallet is not showing the deposited amount. I contacted BDG Game customer support about this issue, but the problem has not been resolved and the 1500 rupees are still missing. I request that the 1500 rupees I deposited on 20/06/2026 through FamPay UPI at around 6:37 pm be either immediately credited to my BDG Game account balance or refunded to me without any further delay.
My deposited money has still not been credited successfully. It has been around 12 hours, and the amount is 1,500. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
