I am writing regarding an unresolved payment issue with BDG Game on my iPhone. On April 14, 2026, at around 10:19 PM IST, I deposited ₹20,000 into my BDG Game account using the UPI QR deposit option via Paytm. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account, with transaction/UTR/reference number 300781643656, but the deposit has still not been credited to my in-game account.
My BDG Game account UID is 8439615. I have made successful deposits many times before using the same Paytm UPI method, so this appears to be an isolated issue with this specific transaction. Despite that, the ₹20,000 has not been reflected in my account balance.
I contacted BDG Game support multiple times regarding this issue, but I only received repeated automated responses stating that the “payment is being reviewed,” without any real assistance or meaningful update. This is extremely frustrating, especially given the large amount involved and my previous successful payment history.
I request that this ₹20,000 transaction (reference number 300781643656) be urgently investigated and either credited to my BDG Game account (UID 8439615) immediately or fully refunded to my Paytm account. I also expect a clear, non-automated explanation of what went wrong and a definite timeline for resolving this issue.
