Bdgwin Did Not Credit My Deposit Despite Successful Bank Deduction

On March 21, I made a deposit of ₹5,000 to my Bdgwin account via UPI, but the money has still not been credited to my Bdgwin balance. The amount was successfully debited from my bank/UPI account, yet it is not visible in my Bdgwin account.
My Bdgwin user ID is 9885617, and the deposit order ID is RC2026032121434888440423c.
I contacted Bdgwin customer support regarding this issue, and they responded by saying that the payment was not received on their side. However, from my side, the payment has clearly gone through and the money has already been deducted, creating a mismatch between their system and the actual transaction.
I request that my missing ₹5,000 deposit be urgently investigated and either credited to my Bdgwin account or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
