Bdgwin Deposit Not Credited After Google Pay UPI

I deposited Rs 10,000 to my Bdgwin wallet on 7 March at around 1:43 p.m. via Google Pay, but the amount has still not been reflected in my account. The payment was made from my UPI ID ganeshk***2@okaxis to boim-141031210917@boi, and the UTR number of the transaction is 643268998384. My Bdgwin account is registered with the name Ganesh, mobile number 9980101*** and email address ganeshk***[email protected]. After noticing that the deposit did not appear in my wallet, I contacted your support team twice and also sent screen recording videos as requested. However, I was told that the videos were rejected because some parts were blank and that only a handheld video would be accepted, so my issue was not resolved and the money is still missing. I kindly request that you urgently return my money and credit the Rs 10,000 back to my bank account and confirm the completion of this process as soon as possible. I am repeatedly asking for my money to be returned, as I have already provided the necessary details multiple times and have not received a satisfactory solution.
