My Bdgwin account is registered with the name Ganesh, mobile number 9980101*** and email address ganeshk***[email protected]. After noticing that the deposit did not appear in my wallet, I contacted your support team twice and also sent screen recording videos as requested. However, I was told that the videos were rejected because some parts were blank and that only a handheld video would be accepted, so my issue was not resolved and the money is still missing. I kindly request that you urgently return my money and credit the Rs 10,000 back to my bank account and confirm the completion of this process as soon as possible.
