BDG Win Holding My Security Deposit After Service Completion

I received a service from BDG Win in India for which I paid a deposit of 5000. Although the work has been completed and a significant amount of time has passed, my deposit has still not been returned.

To date, I have not received any response or refund regarding this deposit. This situation is unacceptable and has caused me both financial and emotional distress.

I request that my 5000 deposit be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also ask to be clearly informed about the refund process and the expected timeline for receiving my money.
