BDG Color Trading Deposit Not Refunded

Today I paid a gameplay-related deposit to BDG Color Trading in Vladivostok, Russia, in the amount of 5000 INR. I was informed this amount was a deposit that should be returned after the gameplay was completed. However, after the gameplay ended, my 5000 INR deposit was not returned to me. No explanation or reason was given for why the deposit was not refunded, and I was left without any clear information about my money. I request that my deposit be returned to me as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly about the reason why it was not refunded at the time of the gameplay.
