I am writing about my BDG Win account, which is registered with the mobile number 9528161***. I am from Ludhiana and I was using this account to play small and big games on your platform. Around 10–11 days ago, I deposited ₹300 into my BDG Win game ID and started playing. By playing small and big games, I increased this amount to approximately ₹3,000 in my game account. However, about 10 minutes after playing, my BDG Win ID suddenly got blocked and since then I have not been able to log in or use my account. I have been trying for days but I am unable to contact anyone from the company or reach customer support, so I have not received any explanation for why my ID was blocked or what I should do. My money is now stuck in this blocked account and I am very worried. I request that my BDG Win game ID linked to 9528161*** be urgently unblocked and that I be allowed to access my account and the balance of about ₹3,000 in it. I expect a clear explanation for this block and a quick resolution, as I have done nothing wrong while using the platform.
