BDG Deposit Debited From SBI But Not Credited To UID

I am writing about a problem with a deposit to my BDG game account that has not been credited. I deposited ₹500 yesterday at around 10:48 pm from my SBI bank account through Paytm to add balance to my BDG game account with UID 9370***. The amount of ₹500 has already been debited from my SBI account, and I received an SMS from the bank stating: “Dear UPI user A/C X3616 debited by 500.0 on date 28Nov25 trf to Mr. Jahangir Al Refno 533234150572 If not u? call-1800111109 for other services-18001234-SBI.” However, despite this successful debit, the money has still not been credited to my BDG game balance, and my in-game wallet does not show this ₹500. I request that you please check this transaction linked with my BDG UID 9370442 and credit ₹500 to my BDG game account as soon as possible, or clearly inform me what steps I must take to resolve this issue.
