BDG Win Blocks My Withdrawal and Forces Me to Bet $12 First

I have a savings account with Canara Bank at the Dehradun Kargi branch, and I am facing a serious problem regarding a withdrawal connected to the BDG Win app. On both yesterday and today, I tried to withdraw my winning amount from the BDG Win app to my Canara Bank account, but I did not receive the cash. Instead, the app displays a message saying that I must first play a bet of 1,000 rupees and only then will I be able to withdraw, which is unfair and suspicious. My total winning amount stuck in this process is between 500 and 1,000 rupees, and I am unable to access this money. I have tried to get a response, but I have not received any help or a clear explanation from the concerned side so far. I request that my winning money be credited safely to my Canara Bank savings account and that this matter be checked and resolved so that such issues do not occur again.
