BDG Win Did Not Credit My Deposit or Allow Withdrawal of My Winnings

Last month, I started using the BDG Win app under the belief it would be a suitable venue for some casual gaming and maybe generate some extra money. Though it was debited from my bank account, the amount never showed in my wallet. I originally put ₹200. When I contacted their support team, all I received were automated responses devoid of any resolve. To exacerbate things, I turned around and won ₹700 from one of their games. The software malfunctioned when I tried to withdraw the money, thus the money just vanished from my account. This seems like fraud. I would counsel others to avoid depending on this app since I regret doing so.
