Request to Review and Remove Umingle Account Ban

I am writing about the sudden ban on my Umingle account with the username “clinton traut.” The ban happened today after a short chat, and I would like my account to be reviewed and unbanned. I was talking with a boy on Umingle when a girl joined and said she was 9 years old. My friend and I are 18 and 17 years old. After that, my account was banned, and I could no longer use the app. On my side, I did not do anything else except be in the same chat when she said her age. When I tried to continue using the app, I saw that I had to pay, and I do not think it is fair that my account is banned and that I am being pushed to pay without a clear explanation. I believe there has been a misunderstanding and that I was banned just because I was in the same chat as someone who said she was 9. I kindly request that you check my account and the chat history for this date, explain clearly why I was banned, and remove the ban from my account if there is no real rule violation.
