Innerly Unauthorised Subscription Charges - Refund

I used the Innerly IQ test on the Innerly website on 4 August and paid the advertised one‑time fee of £0.99. At the time of purchase, I understood this to be a single transaction and I was not clearly informed that I was entering into any kind of subscription or recurring payment. Despite this, on 4 August the amount of £34.99 was charged to my account, and on 7 September a further £34.99 was charged again. I did not knowingly or explicitly agree to any subscription, recurring membership or future charges, so I consider these £34.99 payments to be unauthorised. Innerly already holds my payment and transaction information, so they can clearly see these debits on my account. Innerly have already refunded a 3rd charge, as it was within 14 days of payment, but not these other 2 unauthorised payments. My main request is a full refund of the two unauthorised charges of £34.99 each that have been taken from my account.
