BDG QR Code Scam Suspected After Missing Account Balance

I was expecting 2,000 to be credited to my account, but the money has not been added to my balance, and I believe it is connected to a fake QR code. My old amount and the new amount I should have received are now mixed up, and I cannot see the 2,000 that should be there. I do not understand why my money is gone and why it has not been properly credited. I am very unhappy with this situation and with the way customer care is handling it. I request that my account and all QR code transactions be checked urgently, that the missing 2,000 be found and credited to my account, and that I be clearly informed how and why this happened.
