BDG Payment Transfer Error Causing Financial Stress
On February 20, I attempted to withdraw ₹18,000 through Karnataka Gramin Bank, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. The money has been debited on my end, yet it does not appear as received in my bank account.
I visited the bank and informed the staff about this issue. After checking their records, they told me that no such amount had been received, even though I have already provided my bank statement and all required transaction details to your team.
I request that this failed withdrawal/transfer be urgently investigated and that the missing ₹18,000 be credited to my account immediately. I also ask for a clear explanation of what went wrong and assurance that this type of issue will not happen again.
