BDG Game Withdrawal Problem

I am a user of BDG Game and I am having a problem with my withdrawals. I requested two withdrawals, the first on 6 October and the second on 7 October. Both withdrawals were rejected by the system. In the app, under the withdrawal history section, both of my withdrawals appear as rejected with the note that the system has detected “illegal arbitrage” in my account. However, I did not try to abuse the system. The game required me to place a bet in order to be able to withdraw my balance, and I followed this rule inside the game. At one point I tried to bet on both positive outcomes of a game, but I did this while respecting the game’s own rules and conditions, not with the intention of doing anything illegal or against the terms. Because of this situation, my balance could not be withdrawn and my first withdrawal was cancelled, and Game gave me a turnover to achieve I did it under game rules but when I tried again my second withdrawal was also rejected for the same reason. I believe this is an unfair technical or risk-control decision and I would like my account and bets to be rechecked carefully. If needed, I can provide my detailed bet history and screen recordings from the application as evidence of my transactions. I request that BDG Game review my account, remove the “illegal arbitrage” flag if there is no clear and valid proof, and approve my pending withdrawals so I can receive my money. My uid 23803***
