BDG Game Deposit Not Credited After PhonePe Payment of 5000

I deposited an amount of 5,000 to BDG GAME on April 24 from Durgapur, West Bengal, but the amount has still not been credited to my BDG wallet. The payment was made via PhonePe using the UPI ID boim-067035302***@boi with transaction/reference number 3965915256**. Although the payment was successfully completed on my side, my BDG GAME balance has not been updated, and I am unable to use the funds.
I contacted BDG GAME customer support regarding this issue, and they informed me that they have not yet received the funds and asked me to wait, stating that the amount would be credited once received. However, a significant amount of time has passed since April 24, and the 5,000 is still not reflected in my account, causing concern and inconvenience.
I request that my deposit of 5,000 be credited to my BDG GAME wallet immediately, or that this issue be urgently investigated with a clear update on the transaction status. I expect a prompt resolution and written confirmation once the amount has been successfully added to my account.
