BDG Game Wallet Not Updated After In Game Deposit via Paytm

I made an in-game deposit to my BDG Game account (UID 15858396) on April 15, 2026, at approximately 11:54 AM for an amount of 5000 INR via Paytm. The payment was successfully completed on my end, but the amount has still not been credited to my BDG Game account.
I contacted BDG Game customer service, and they responded that they have not yet received the funds and asked me to wait, stating that the balance would be updated once the payment is received. However, despite this response, my game balance remains unchanged and I am unable to use the amount I paid.
I request that the 5000 INR deposit be credited to my BDG Game account (UID 15858396) immediately without any further delay, or that this issue be urgently investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
