Deposit Missing from BDG Game Balance

I made a deposit of 2,000 rupees to my Bdg Game account on 12 August 2026 at around 12:18 p.m. using Paytm. The money was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, and I have a digital receipt showing the completed payment, but the amount has still not been credited to my Bdg Game balance. After noticing that the deposit did not arrive, I contacted Bdg Game support. They only kept telling me to wait and did not provide any clear information or solution. I also contacted Paytm, and they confirmed that the payment was successfully transferred and told me that they cannot do anything further. I am stuck between Bdg Game and Paytm even though my money has clearly been taken from my account. I kindly request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the 2,000 rupees to my Bdg Game balance or refunding the full amount back to my original payment method.
