Paytm Deposit Not Credited, BDG Game Balance Missing

I made a deposit of 1000 via Paytm to my BDG Game application balance on 20.03.2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my game account. The transaction was completed on Paytm with the reference number 399285540691, yet the balance is not visible in BDG Game. After noticing that the money did not arrive, I contacted customer support and was told to wait patiently and that once they received it, they would transfer it to my game ID. However, despite this response, the deposit has still not been reflected for a considerable time and there has been no clear update or resolution. I request that my 1000 deposit be located and immediately credited to my BDG Game account, or if this is not possible, that the amount be refunded to my original payment method. I also expect a clear explanation of the reason for this delay so that I can have assurance in using your application in the future.
