Deposit Not Received In BDG

I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a missing deposit on BDG Win Game. On 06 June 2026 at around 10:43, I made a deposit of ₹500 through Paytm with UTR number 307543443415. The amount was successfully debited from my account, but it has neither been credited to my BDG Win Game ID nor returned to my bank account. After noticing that the money did not reflect in my game wallet, I contacted BDG Win Game support multiple times, but the deposit has still not been provided. This situation has caused me financial stress, as my money is stuck without any resolution or clear response. I request BDG Win Game to urgently check this transaction using the given UTR number and either credit the full ₹500 to my BDG Win Game account or immediately refund it to my bank account. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and a clear confirmation to be shared with me.
