BC Game App Not Working Cannot Log In on Android

I use the BC Game application on my Android phone, and today at around 8:00, I started experiencing a login issue. Since then, the app shows that it is unavailable, and I am completely unable to log in to my account. As a result, I cannot access my BC Game account or use any of its features.

I have not yet attempted any technical troubleshooting or contacted support, as the main issue appears to be that the application itself is not allowing login access. This situation is concerning because I have no visibility into my account status or balance.

I request that this login issue be resolved as soon as possible, that my account and balance be confirmed as secure, and that any inconvenience or loss of access time be fairly compensated.
