BC.Game Deposit Not Credited After Easypaisa Payment (1,500 PKR Missing)
I am writing about a deposit issue I experienced today with BC.Game via Easypaisa. Today at around 5:23 AM, I sent a deposit of 1,500 PKR from Pakistan using my Easypaisa account under the name Liaqat Ali, mobile number 034859320**, to SYNEX SOLUTION LIMITED in order to fund my BC.Game wallet. However, although the amount was successfully deducted from my Easypaisa account, it has still not been credited to my BC.Game wallet.
After noticing that the deposit had not been received, I contacted the relevant support teams and reported that my 1,500 PKR deposit made through Easypaisa to SYNEX SOLUTION LIMITED was missing. Despite this, the issue has not been resolved and my BC.Game balance remains unchanged.
I request that my transaction be urgently reviewed using my Easypaisa account details (name: Liaqat Ali, phone number: 034859320**) and the payment made to SYNEX SOLUTION LIMITED, and that the 1,500 PKR be either credited to my BC.Game wallet or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
