I am very concerned about the way the verification of my account and withdrawals is being handled. At the beginning I was asked to make a deposit of $50 to verify my account, which I did via cryptocurrencies using the MoonPay wallet. I was informed that after this deposit everything should be in order. However, after making this payment it turned out that I had to make another deposit of $100 to verify my wallet, which I also completed. Now I am being told that I have to make yet another deposit of $412 to verify my VIP level. This means I am already at the fourth stage of verification and each step requires another deposit instead of a clear, standard identity verification. At this point I have a significant amount of winnings on my account, around $400,000, but I am unable to withdraw anything and I am constantly being asked for further deposits under the pretext of subsequent verification stages. I do not know if this is a normal procedure on your platform, and the situation makes me feel misled and insecure about my funds. I request the immediate possibility to withdraw my winnings, especially the amount of approximately $400,000, without any further deposits or, if this is not possible, a full refund of all deposits I have made. I also ask for a clear and detailed explanation of why so many deposit-based verification stages were required and on what basis such a procedure is applied to my account. I expect a quick and concrete response and resolution of this matter.
