BC Game Shows Rollover Mismatch After Unexpected Debits
I have a serious issue with my BC Game account regarding automatic debits and a mismatch in rollover and balance, and I have not received any response from support so far. For the last 2 days, many transactions have been debited from my BC Game account without my clear permission or in a way that does not match what is shown in my rollover and winnings in another currency. According to my transaction history, money has been debited many times, and the total wrong deduction is approximately 1000 Rs. The rollover/other currency values shown on the site do not match what is actually taken from my account, and my balance is not correct. I have tried to reach BC Game support about this problem, but I am not getting any response, which is very upsetting. I expect BC Game to urgently check my transaction history, explain clearly why these amounts were debited, correct my balance and rollover, and refund all wrongly debited money, which is around 1000 Rs. I kindly request that this issue be investigated in detail and resolved as soon as possible so that my money and account balance are fully corrected.
