The withdrawal amount is 2,718 INR, with a fee of 91 INR, and the order ID is F-1857716721035202241. Since the request was created, the status has continuously shown “Withdrawing” or “Processing.” It has not changed to successful, and no funds have been credited to my bank account.
For the past two days, I have contacted BC Game support multiple times. Each time, I am told that the withdrawal will be completed soon and that the money has been sent to the merchant. However, nothing has progressed. The withdrawal has not been credited to my bank account, nor has the amount been returned to my BC Game balance. I am left without access to my own funds.
This situation is extremely urgent. I am currently at the hospital with my mother, who urgently requires blood and medication. I have been there for two days and was relying on this withdrawal to pay for her treatment. Because the funds are stuck in processing, I am facing severe stress and difficulty during a critical medical emergency.
I request that BC Game immediately complete the withdrawal and credit the full 2,718 INR (minus the applicable fee, if already deducted) to my bank account without further delay. If the bank transfer cannot be completed for any reason, then I demand that the withdrawal be canceled immediately and that the full amount be returned to my BC Game account so I can use an alternative withdrawal method.
I also request a clear explanation as to why this withdrawal has remained stuck in “Processing” status for several days, and I urge immediate action given the medical emergency described above.
