Bauhaus Inflatable Mattress Refund Delayed Despite Return

I purchased an inflatable mattress from Bauhaus on November 12, 2024, but it deflated every four hours, making it unusable. I returned the mattress on November 18, 2024, requesting a refund for the defective product. However, despite following the return process and providing all necessary information, I have yet to receive my money back.
The case number is 943.01162, and I am still waiting for a resolution. This delay is unacceptable, and I expect Bauhaus to process my refund immediately. As a customer, I should not have to endure this level of inconvenience after purchasing a faulty product. I urge Bauhaus to resolve this matter promptly and improve its return and refund process.
