My Baseus Magsafe Mini 5000mAh Stops Charging Randomly After a Few Minutes
On April 7, 2025, I ordered a white Baseus Magsafe Mini Wireless Powerbank 5000mAh 20W from Amazon using order number #403-8501235-3851534. I used the product for the first time on April 19, 2025, and immediately noticed a major problem: after charging my phone for a short period, the powerbank randomly stops charging on its own.
I’m using it with an iPhone 16, and I chose this product specifically because I believed it would be reliable and fully compatible. But instead, I’m left with a charger that can’t even maintain a stable power output. This defeats the whole purpose of having a portable charger in the first place.
I’m extremely disappointed. A product that can’t consistently do what it promises—charge a phone—is unacceptable. I’m requesting that either a fully functional replacement be sent to me or a complete refund issued without delay.
