My Baseus 20,000 mAh power bank started overheating yesterday and it no longer charges. This issue appeared suddenly. I purchased the product in July 2022 from the Sivas Teknosa store, and its warranty period has now expired. However, I recently learned that this model has a known chronic defect and that Baseus has recalled it due to the risk of explosion.
Because of this, I tried to contact Baseus customer service, but I couldn’t reach them in any way. I still have the product’s receipt. I am requesting a replacement for my power bank, as I have serious safety concerns and expect my issue to be resolved.
