Baseus power bank stopped charging, how can I fix it?

First try a different USB-C cable, wall charger, and power outlet to rule out an accessory problem.

Baseus specifically recommends holding the power button for 10 seconds to reset the power bank, then reconnecting it to a charger; if it still will not charge, contact Baseus support at [email protected] for after-sales assistance.

If your model is PPCXM06 or PPCXW06, stop using it immediately because Baseus has recalled these two models due to an overheating and fire hazard.
