Baseus Encok W07 Won’t Pair – No Technical Support Available

I purchased the Baseus Encok W07 True Bluetooth Earbuds, but I have been unable to connect them to any device. No matter how many times I try, they do not pair with my phone, tablet, or any other device.
I expected at least some technical support, but there is no one to contact for help. I searched for solutions online, but Baseus provides no real support channels to fix this issue. A product that doesn’t even connect properly is completely useless.
I demand an immediate resolution, whether it be a replacement or a refund. Baseus, provide proper customer support and address these connectivity issues! This is unacceptable for a product that should work right out of the box.
