Baseus Bowie E2 Earbuds Won’t Connect to Bluetooth

I regret the day I purchased the Baseus Bowie E2 earbuds. The quality is terrible. First, one earbud stopped producing sound, so I had it replaced and waited 2 months for the new one. Now, the replacement won’t even connect to Bluetooth. The service is unhelpful and poorly managed, offering no real support. I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I need a solution for this faulty product immediately!
