I bought a pair of Baseus earbuds, and the experience has been a complete disappointment. I used them for just 2 days without issue. On day 3, each earbud started acting like a separate device. On day 5, I took them back to where I purchased them, but they told me the repair system was closed and refused to accept them.
I returned during the first week with my receipt, but the staff upstairs couldn’t help either—they just said to “send it to service.” I haven’t been able to do that, and now it’s been a month.
By the second week, the left earbud started making a buzzing noise. In the third week, the battery began draining unusually fast. Now in the fourth week, the battery barely lasts 2 hours, even after a full charge. The sound volume has dropped so low that even when my phone is at maximum volume, it sounds like it's set at 30%. I tested it on two different devices, and the result was the same.
Now neither earbud connects to my phone. The lights turn on, but they aren’t recognized by any device. On top of all this, the touch controls are completely erratic—they do the wrong thing almost every time, and feel more like a prank than a feature.
