Baseus W07 Bluetooth Earbuds Won't Connect – Replacement Also Defective


I purchased the Baseus W07 Bluetooth earbuds from Amazon.com a week ago, but they won’t connect to my phone or any other devices. After contacting Amazon, they offered to replace the product. However, the replacement they sent had the same issue and was also defective.
I’ve used Baseus products before without problems, but this experience with the W07 earbuds has been extremely disappointing. It’s hard to believe that two separate units of the same product have the same malfunction. Are all models of this product faulty?
I expected better from both Baseus and Amazon. I am requesting a thorough resolution, whether it’s a functional replacement or a refund. Please address this issue promptly.












You should remove the plastic, and then it will work.
