Baseus Bass BP1 Pro Microphone Not Working

About 15 days ago, through a friend, I purchased a pair of Baseus Bass BP1 Pro in-ear headphones from your Haramidere branch. During the sale, it was explicitly promised that we would have the right to a direct exchange, so with that assurance I bought the product. However, from the first day I started using the headphones, I hear a crackling / static-like noise as if the chassis is loose — and even when I’m not on a call, and when I call someone, the people on the other end cannot hear me clearly; my voice is not understandable.

When I returned to the store to request a refund or replacement, despite the promise given by your sales representative S*** U***, the store refused to accept refund or exchange and said they could only send the headphones for repair. The seller also denied ever promising a direct exchange. I bought the headphones with a 2,500 TL cash payment and the problem has existed from day one. I also handed over the warranty certificate to the store for repair.

I demand that the promises made at the time of sale be honored, and that my grievance be resolved — either by refunding the price paid or by providing a direct replacement.
