Barnes & Noble In-Store Pickup Fail, Delayed Orders & Damaged Books

Placed the order online on June 16th, specifically choosing "in-store pickup" because, wanted my books fast and supposed...ly in good condition. Their website promised the order would be ready in two hours. June 17th. I head to the store, they said no books ready for me... I show them the confirmation
