Bahsegel Unfairly Zeroed My Game

I was playing on Bahsegel, and I had 7 lives remaining, but they suddenly reset it to zero and ended the game. Can you help me out? This unfair thing really messed up my winnings. I made a calculation error and it caused me to lose a lot in my game. In the game, when you multiply 476 by 1436, you get 683,536. However, Bahsegel only paid me 140,000 Turkish Lira. I just want the money I have left returned to me. This situation is really annoying, and it's important that Bahsegel deals with this problem quickly and fairly.
