Bahiscasino Denied My Withdrawal and Refused Bonuses

Yesterday, I made a deposit, lost, and then deposited again, winning this time. When I submitted a withdrawal request, it was rejected. I contacted live support, only to be told I needed to meet a 5x turnover requirement, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand, and they still didn’t allow me to withdraw my money.

To make matters worse, I didn’t receive any bonuses, including the loss bonus. When I inquired about it, I was told the bonus could only be claimed between 12 AM and 2 AM. This lack of transparency and unfair policies is beyond frustrating.

Bahiscasino must immediately process my withdrawal and honor the bonuses I’m entitled to. Customers deserve clear rules and fair treatment.
