Badoo Account Still Blocked Despite Support Saying I Can Re-Register

I am using the Badoo mobile app on an iPhone 13 in France, and I have been unable to create or use my account because it has been blocked for approximately two months. Each time I try to sign up again, I am denied access because the account remains blocked. I contacted Badoo customer support about this issue and was told that I could register again, but in reality, my account is still blocked and I am unable to use the app as a new user. I have not received a clear or effective solution that would allow me to access the service normally. I respectfully request that my Badoo account be fully unblocked, or that I be allowed to create a new account without any restrictions, so that I can finally use the application again.
