I Face Sudden Ban on My Badoo Premium Account Without Any Warning

On August 17, 2025, my Badoo account, which has an active Premium membership, was suddenly banned without any explanation or prior warning. I did not receive any notification, email, or in-app message regarding a violation or reason for this action. My account is registered under g********@hotmail.com**, and I always log in using my iPhone 16 Pro with the latest version of the app installed. For the past two days, I have been completely locked out, unable to access the services I paid for.
This is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue, and it is deeply frustrating given that I am a paying user. I immediately contacted Badoo customer service via email, but all I received was an automated response stating that they would get back to me. Since then, there has been no proper update, no explanation, and no resolution provided.
I want to make it clear that I am not asking for a refund of my Premium membership. My only request is that my account be reinstated as soon as possible so I can continue using the service I paid for. Badoo should provide transparent communication, explain why my account was banned, and ensure that Premium users are not unfairly locked out without reason.
