Baby Mall Refused Exchange For Play Mat With Broken Sound System
I purchased a children’s play mat from the Baby Mall online store, but the sound system does not work. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the 14-day return period had expired. I then requested an exchange, but they informed me that they do not offer such a service.
I am very disappointed that they do not stand behind the product they sell. Since I had bought it as a gift, I was not only embarrassed but also left dealing with this grievance.
