Lost Tray and Broken Walker at Baby Mall

I recently purchased a baby walker from Baby Mall, and upon receiving it yesterday, I discovered that the tip was broken. To avoid the hassle of returning it, I decided to use it. Today, I noticed they also sent the walker without the play tray. After reaching out to their call center, they assured me someone would contact me. Instead, a lady provided me with a technical service number – a joke, considering my only association with them is as a customer. When I questioned why the walker arrived damaged, she claimed it wasn't their concern. I asked about the technical service, to which she replied they don't deal with part replacements. When I continued the conversation, she abruptly stated, "I've noted your return request" and hung up. Your customer service approach is truly impressive – it seems geared toward driving customers insane. Well done!
