Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service at Baby Mall
I placed an order on February 11, but the products didn't come until several days later, even though I had already paid for them. When I talked to their customer service representative, they didn't seem to understand what was going on and didn't seem to be in a hurry to fix the problem. I don't think Baby Mall cares at all about their customers. Their slow shipping and complicated policies show this. I've worked with other companies in the past that sent my orders out the same day, so there's no reason for Baby Mall's lack of care and attention. If you care about good service and happy customers, you should avoid doing business with Baby Mall. I'm really mad at them for being so careless.
