Baby Mall Fails to Deliver Promised Quality

I bought a scooter from the website of Baby Mall; however, before my son could ride it even 10 times, the wheels broke apart. When I called Baby Mall, the customer service representative transferred my call to the supplier, Furkan Oyuncak. Surprisingly, Furkan Oyuncak did not provide an exchange or a refund for the product that had been used for one month, and his response was impolite. It is disheartening to watch the scooter lose its usefulness even before my son had the chance to make full use of it. In spite of Baby Mall's reputation for dependability, the company did not stand behind the quality of the product it sold, and as a result, I will never shop at Baby Mall again.
