Baby Mall Delayed Shipping On Pierre Cardin Plume Baby Carrier Order

On September 21, I ordered a Pierre Cardin Plume baby carrier from the Baby Mall website (Order No: 9997PM5F2R). Even after 4 business days, my order has still not been shipped.

When I contacted customer service, I was repeatedly told that the order would be shipped soon, but no progress has been made.

I want the order delivered to Sivas, and since I have an urgent trip, I need the product as soon as possible. I paid 1,784.49 TL via credit card. This was my first time shopping at Baby Mall, and experiencing such a delay has left me frustrated.

I request that the shipping process for my order be expedited and that the product be dispatched immediately.
